LOVE IS in the air... but Valentine's Day can be a depressing time if your love life has flopped.
MY Sun user rach4 issued a plea for help in our woman forum, revealing that she's paranoid about her body and finds it hard to find time for sex.
"Oh my God! Am I stuck in another world?" she wrote.
"I can't do anything where it's lit up, and I hate my bod so much I've even considered surgery.
"We have been together for 19 years and have four kids - our relationship is still going strong. The love we have for each other is as strong as the day we met.
"We both work full-time and it's hard to get two minutes together, never mind a full night. Our sex life is not non-existent or boring!"
"One evening have a bath, get out, dry yourself. Go to the bedroom or preferred location of action and put cream on your belly and thighs.
"Call your man in and ask him to rub it in for you.
"That should help you relax and get him in the mood. My man loves it, especially the contrast of my chocolate skin and the cream."
"Cream is good, but I find mousse is better... the chocolate kind of course. Get him to massage it in really well."
"Get him to blindfold you and then softly touch and kiss you all over."
"Have you tried ice cubes Rach? Cheap, ticklish and lots of fun! Bliss..."
"Why not get in the car, call at the shop, buy your fave chocolate and then take him somewhere dark and have fun. He will love it when you show him that you have got some rude intentions."
In response to these sex tips, rach4 said: "We have a great sex life... but after talking to a lot of people on here it was my lack of confidence that was stopping me spoiling my hubby with something really special."
