73-year-old faces sex charge

A 73-year-old Toronto man has been charged with a sex offence involving an eight-year-old boy.

Police have released few details, but investigators allege a man approached the boy at the Malibu Club recreation centre in the Marina Del Rey condominiums on Etobicoke's waterfront.

Hoa Buu Huynh was arrested on Monday and charged with invitation to sexual touching.

He was scheduled to make a court appearance yesterday.
